RAYBURN - ZBA (Pickle Ball)- PUBLIC HEARING/AREA VARIANCE

ATTENTION PUBLIC:

Please keep in mind that the Zoning Board of Appeals is ONLY reviewing the Area Variance for a front setback for the property located at 3791 Route 5 & 20, Town of Hopewell.

There will be NO discussion concerning the Planning Board application for the proposed Pickle Ball Courts. There will be a Public Hearing at the Planning Board meeting on April 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the Rayburn Subdivision/Site Plan/Special Use Permit at that time.
